Bad Weather Drivers

What is it with bad weather?
A little bit of rain and every twat who owns a car will roll it out for the one of the very few times they will brave rush hour traffic.
Having driven in many differant types of rush hour traffic all round the country, i can safely say that i'm more experienced that many drivers on the road.
But introduce a little rain inthe equation and all the non-regular road users will get on the road and basically screw it all up, the amount of twats I saw this morning, not knowing how to filter in, or blocking junctions cause it was too wet to see the markings or my favourite gripe

NOT TURNING THEIR LIGHTS ON

What is it? bad weather, no lights, they aint just for you to be able to see you know!!! it's for us to see you as well!

SO TURN THEM BLOODY WELL ON.

and lastly, this morning we watched an Ann Summers delivery van (plate LC53FKA) cut us up, and then proceed to cut 2 other drivers up. and just didn't seem to care! and to top it all, the tag line on the van was "Delivering you pleasure" yeah right, not that bleeding van driver!

I do the same journey to work every day of the week, and i see the traffic levels at the same times, and it's always twice as bad with twice as bad driving if there have been the slightest hint of rain or heaven forbid snow!

As a follow on,

this morning there was very little rain, but the same roadworks, so the only major change was the rain and low and behold much better traffic!!!

As to queuing in roadworks, i must queue jumpers (if there is standing traffic) do my head in,. they expect to be let in, but if the traffic is moving then yes you are right, everyone should merge, but most don't or cant, as they don't understand how to drive properly!!!
